@BamnesiaA lol, yeah, I can see some of the general population carrying stuff like an ice pick, if you do that kind of activity and you're being flown out there, but for the most part, if your just going out on a sightseeing flight with a friend, and you go down, what do you have? Hopefully a coat, odd change or maybe keys in your pocket, and whatever supplies are in the plane. But if that ever happened to me, I'd stay with the aircraft. It has shelter, and most importantly, the ELT!
