As an artist, it would please me very much that my creative energy be honored and transformed into music, art, and poetry through the living souls of others who are inspired by it, or who are "in tune" to the energy of it. That being said, this is absolutely beautiful! It conveys the heaviness of heart that a lot of us felt and still feel about losing Heath.

Even if you aren't as polished as a more experienced group, what you have that is attractive about your music is that it is raw and the focus is simply on the music, and that's what good bands lose when they become popular or get pressured because they are under contract, and then the love becomes a labor. It's easy to hear there is no labor you feel but just the love of creating music.
I have to comment this again. First time I've gotten to listen to it with music up load. Beautiful. Dark. Inspiring. Numbing. A grasping of a dark truth, embracing it in the little light left in that darkness, which is sometimes all that is left in life. The guitar rifts are haunting, and have their own lyrics without even needing a voice. I would love you to post a remake of this song in a few years. ryguy2k7 - continued - for example .. as a count i am no saint will be ... it didnt sound right when i sang - "as accountable i am no saint will be" .. so i made it "daring" in a way .. well it made sense to me .. but its for heath alright, BUT in the bigger perspective its for all losses and tragic endings - if you can follow my weird way of thinking :-)

hi there .. I started working on a new song featuring a new slim-neck classical guitar, when I heard the news of his death - so the song grew into a song dedicated to him .. some of the lyrics (I know) makes no sense out of context - but that was my artistic challenge .. to be continued...
