SIFT FLOUR INTO ANOTHER BOWL. IF YOU ARE SHORT OF BOWLS YOU CAN SIFT DIRECT INTO THE MIXTURE 7. ADD THE FLOUR TO THE MIXTURE A LITTLE AT A TIME. 8. MIX WITH A HANDHELD MIXER/ FORK/ WHISK 9. START WITH THE SIFTED FLOUR FROM STEP 6, THEN CREATE A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE IT. 10. SLOWLY ADD THE MIXTURE FROM STEP 5
