  • can i purchase a new type 2 firearm that has only been made recently.

  • now i understand the paper work for a full auto AR-15 now where would i buy one at ?

  • would i have to do this process everytime i buy a class 3 item/gun?

  • @xDRE92

yes, and each one is the same, (no credit for having already done one)

  • Well, there's my answer. Thanks for clearing that up. Going to go the legal route, Which IS the best thing to do. So I gotta wait, so I gotta do paperwork and shell out $200.00. It could be worse....I could be living in( CHINA, IRAN,EGYPT or NEW YORK CITY.)

  • Looking to buy the RONI carbine conversion kit for my new Springfield XD 9mm from CAA Tactical, their website says "all NFA rules apply to a RONI since using the system converts my auto pistol into a SBR! (Short Barreled Rifle) The NFA costs FRICKING $200.00 and may take weeks to process. If I did obtain the conversion kit without this damn NFA paperwork would the assembled weapon be legal? The kit turns an auto handgun into a weapon that TRIPLES my range and accuracy(a semi-auto SMG)

  • @JihadAeon

10 years in federal prison and loose all rights to own a firearm..

just cause you can buy something doesn't mean you can ignore the laws

  • whats the price for all this? and 2nd= have you heard about the new slide fire stock? any insight would be greatly appreciated...

  • I'm doing the Revocable Trust/Living Will route since no CLEO's in my area will sign off on the form. Doing a SBR on a form one. I hope my local sheriff has the proper FBI fingerprint cards. I plan on going tomorrow to get them done. I filled out the forms right off of the ATF's website, and my trust was done by my local FFL. From what I hear they are super picky on the forms....rule #1 is never put caliber as "multi"....They are only requesting 2 print cards? why you say 3?

  • You didn't cover the "living revocable trust" method. It's MUCH easier as it doesn't require fingerprint cards or Sheriff signatures! You can actually create your own trust through websites or you can buy software. This is how almost everyone gets suppressors because most Sheriff's have quit signing the ATF forms because of liability issues! You should remake this video to include that information...

  • What is that cool graphic you used to obscure text? Thank you!

  • @sexynwstavyzia

it is just a setting in the video software

  • @GunWebsites What software, if it is not much trouble?

  • Oh...just one?I thought you meant the whole wad.

  • @GunWebsites are you telling me that to shoot this firearm,I have to carry that huge wad of paperwork with me!?

  • @mikethemaniac1

one sheet of standard 8.5x11" paper ..

  • Geez, I can feel my head getting hot just listening to all this paperwork, photographs, background checks, and fingerprints.

This is the kind of crap that the Second Amendment was freakin' WRITTEN TO PREVENT!!!!!!

18 year-olds who enlist can carry fully automatic weapons, but citizens can't. I think it was Thomas Jefferson who said that the very definition of tyranny is the existence of those things which are legal for the government, but illegal for the people.

  • Do you need to do the paperwork (fingerprints, et al) for each weapon/suppressor or is it one time thing? ...or is it a one time thing for certain parts and each time for others?

  • @ronpartain '

yes, same procedure for each item, once.. then again for the next person who owns it

  • I thought it was illegal to own automatic firearms lol. So were do you buy the automatic weapons? For example, can I go to Colt firearms website, click on their military weapons section and order an M4 carbine? This is confusing lol. I've always thought it was illegal to have the kool stuff.

  • @CaptainNavarro1104

the laws are not that complicated anymore.. we have many of them explained on our websites

  • @CaptainNavarro1104 no not really., you cannot buy a machine gun manufactured after 1984., you have to buy one that was made before that date., so no new m16's from colt., youhave to buy a old colt lower and then you can update it as you wish., ie, new upper , stocks., but the lower you see in this video, was definetely made pre-84.. thats why theyre so pricey., cause theres a limited number in circulation..,you can get a F/A uzi though for about 3500 !!!

  • @CaptainNavarro1104 sorry 1986

  • I thought it was illegal to own automatic firearms lol. So were do you buy the automatic weapons? For example, can I go to Colt firearms website, click on their military weapons section and order an M4 carbine? This is confusing lol. I've always thought it was illegal to have the kool stuff.

  • gun regulation is boring hard work.

  • This wouldn't work in California would it?

  • @nickh552

I think there are more hoops to jump through in CA which make it virtually impossible for normal, law-abiding people like you & I to get these.

  • is it true that if you do get a tax stamp- you open yourself up to random atf search of the weapon? is there some kind of waiver in the paperwork?

  • @gtamayo1

no.. that is people confusing business and single person

  • dude, is that commando yous??

  • Forget the full auto stamp get the Slide Fire SSAR-15 Bump Fire Stock

  • @TheBgcheez

LOL not even close to the same thing

  • @GunWebsites - correct but for rapid fire/full auto it saves a lot of time and momey. Not everyone can afford a class 3 weapon.

  • What age do you have to be to buy a full auto, will they approve it if you are buying it right after you turn that age?

  • what rifle is that?

  • How much will it cost for all these paper work? I want to own a full auto rifle; collection and pass time.

  • Will I have to do this each time I want to purchase a full auto weapon or supressor?

  • @skaterjerk9

this same procedure every time, no matter if you have none or a hundred

  • @GunWebsites also how long does it take for the FBI or whatever to get a background check on me?

  • can you get class 3 in ny?

  • oh thanks thats a good point about the lp word

  • when buying a class 3 item online does the same rules apply?

  • @godzilla1463

you can only pay for and ship guns online, no guns are purchased without a dealer across state lines

  • Do you have any suggestions on how to obtain the law enforcement signature? Do you just stop by the local office and ask them to sign it?

  • @Bubnazty

they usually have a dept that does this

  • Just a supressor

  • Can't u have a license/permit so u can have a supressor?

  • I guess the gov. only sees it fit to own an automatic as long as you're intending on killing someone. Otherwise, its not necessary to own one in their eyes.

But damn man.. doesn't all this paperwork piss you off? I mean, its so intrusive.

  • @Takiado

it is like four pages of fill in the blank forms

pretty much what you would do to get a store credit card

  • Anyone know who the chief local law-enforcement is in Nevada?

  • @KiwiLovin7

it will be different county by county or city by city typically

  • Very nice! very informative video and ya kept it short!

  • @shaokem

    thanks, that's how we roll

  • @GunWebsites Any new Ninja videos coming out? I need to stay on top of the latest Tactical Ninja Tech. Summer is just getting started and I need some light weight options. Thanks!

  • @blizzaroxx Stop watching mainstream media.

  • Its getting the signatures from law enforcement that's the hard part

  • what about if I want to get an AOW stamp? How difficult is that?

  • @heat764

exactly the same, only you write a $5 check instead of a $200

  • @heat764 what is the difference with these bewteen a aow shotgun and a nfa shotgun?

  • @MrLoveslittlekids

    all the same

  • NFA = Stupid

  • step 1-move to new hampshire

  • Great info. Thanks guys!

  • @triggerdestroyer31

    He is wrong

  • You are not allowed to own any of that cool stuff in the crime free state.

  • do i have to do all that paper work every time? or is this a one time thing?

  • @j3znz

this same procedure every time, no matter if you have none or a hundred

  • @j3znz Not unless you get a NFA Gun Trust because then you only have to add the firearm to the trust and you're golden.

  • sooo... no $'s involved??

  • @backburnerart

no there is a tax, uncle sam wouldn't let you forget that.. I was thinking paperwork and just overlooked the cost of the tax in this vid.. good point though, we'll re-do this one and include the tax or something.. but the tax check travels with the Federal paperwork

  • @GunWebsites

    thnks sir!

  • What about a "Class One" such as owning a Shotgun or Rifle with legal lengths and all of that.

Class 2 is for pistols and such

    Class 3 *points to video*

But what about a "Class 1" weapon, what would I need to fill out?

  • @BlankPicketSign

    umm.. that's wrong

don't think of firearms in any kind of "class" .. that is a term for the License needed to sell them, it just adds to the confusion

All defined handguns, rifles and shotguns are the 4473 (the form we all know about)

All the rest are covered by the NFA (Title II) and need this extra paperwork

  • @GunWebsites

So if I want a Shotgun, paperwork is required...

FUCK... oh well, Sacrifices for security =^_^=

  • @BlankPicketSign

Paperwork is required when you buy from an FFL

  • @BlankPicketSign You don't have to sacrifice anything for security. The paperwork is kept confidential, unless you used the firearm in a crime or it was stolen and used in a crime.

  • @1776PatriotTeen

    "The paperwork is kept confidential"

    I sure hope so >_<

I know its stupid, but I'm always worried that the government might try to use legal gun registration info in their databases to hunt down and take away peoples guns!

I Know I Know I sound like a fucking idiot but its still scary to me! Like if NATO were to (for whatever reason) occupy the USA because of internal threats, they might use that Info to do the above.

I need to stop listening to my idiot conspiracy roommate ¬_¬

  • Great vid! Ive always wondered since we're in the digital age why Gov never goes completely paperless! Even ta go an print the paper work out when yer done an then put a stamp on it! I know why they complicate the system so no one wants ta buy involved but this just seems crazy anymore! GOD BLESS!

  • or get the bumpfire m4 stock

  • @fluffychicken383

hardly the same, not even in the same ballpark

  • Perfect quote at the end.

  • does this work for california?

  • @aerodip52 Cali is not a NFA friendly state.

  • @aerodip52 No, California has special laws that prohibit the ownership of Class III weapons.

  • @aerodip52 You can't get suppressors or full auto but you can get certain AOWs like a shot barrel shotgun like a Serbu(although its a pistol technically). Not too many people can/do get NFA though. The process is too complicated in CA for most.

  • @sikvenum82

the Serbu is not a pistol anywhere, it is an Any Other Weapon or an SBS (with a stock)

  • @GunWebsites Hmm then I have no idea how people have been able to get them here in so cal. I know its an AOW but there must be some kind of technicality that allows people to buy them in California.

  • @aerodip52 Nope. You are fucked with that state.

  • All this Red Tape, then you drop 12 grand {or more} for a full auto. I"ll pass.

  • @notpcone

feel free, leaves more for the rest of us, lol

  • @GunWebsites Don't get me wrong......if I had a Ka-Jillion dollars I'd be buyin them up like hot cakes. Us PO Folk have to stick with semi-auto assault weapons.....

  • @notpcone

    that is weak sauce

Anyone who condemns themselves to being 'poor folk' have already lost the race

If you don't think you have the opportunity to succeed in the USA, where exactly do you think there is that possibility?

How many success stories do you need to hear to know the potential is here for the taking??

Sorry to hear such pessimistic comments, I encourage you to pay more attention to the ways you can succeed than in ways one might fail

  • @GunWebsites Wow, you are absolutely right!! Where do you live?

  • Which would be used to buy a Glock 18? Full Auto

  • @b311brian

none, there are no transferable 18s here in the US

  • @GunWebsites how do people have them here then? are they totally illegal? can i bring 1 over from austria?

  • @b311brian

You can't buy one since they were made after 1986.

  • Great info, really not that much paperwork when it's broken down. Just a lot of time and possibly money involved.

  • @triggerdestroyer31 all I got to say, nice cousin.

  • Something worth mentioning...if you live in a state that allows the purchase of NFA firearms, but for some reason your local Sheriff won't sign off on you paperwork, you can get a trust established or if you have a business (i.e. an Incorporation) you can assign the NFA item to that in lieu of going through your local LE. Here in Colorado, that is often the case how we have to purchase those fun items because our Sheriffs are asses. Great video!

  • I'm pretty certain you have to check with your state law when it comes to these items. A submachine gun would be good for SHTF situations. I'd probably get a supressor to help with accuracy for a long gun.

  • very helpful. what if the local law enforcement doesn't want to sign even if you have no record, just to be an ass.

  • @frankie2234

    vote them OUT

  • From what I understand you can't get Class 3 firearms in the Stateof NY

  • You should do a video on how to get class 3 in a state where the sheriff or whatever wont sign anything like I hear is the case in florida. id also like to see a video about different infrared and night vision options.

  • Great videos. Do you have to do this procedure every time you buy a new firearm?

  • @TheDarkBlob

this same procedure every time, no matter if you have none or a hundred

  • is it any differant for military personel

  • @tunerguy82

    great question

it is exactly the same for everyone, nothing gives anyone a shortcut

  • so much paper work

  • @AZZA280

?? a few pages of filling in forms ??

Join the military if you want to see some 'real' paperwork

  • @GunWebsites my sister is in the raf i felt sorry for her and the amount of paper work she got :D

  • Good info. Thanks:)

  • buy all your guns from a private collecter so you won't have to fill one out

  • @1blackdeath51501

not NFA, that wouldn't be legal

  • @GunWebsites I am a US citizen who lives in Arizona. I've been wanting to buy a short barreled shotgun for a while but i was wondering if a DUI would have any affect on the process? Do you have any insight?

  • @Nerfgunsandpancakes Basically if you can buy a gun from a store you can buy a NFA item assuming its not a felony DUI. But talk to your local NFA dealer.

  • @jokerman213 right on, it wasn't a felony. Thanks

  • @Nerfgunsandpancakes

sorry no, not a lawyer, none of us have that issue

  • @GunWebsites I meant just normal semi's, but they should repeal the classes because they're unconstitutional, but hey. nobody's going to try and do that because people would call them crazy.

  • @1blackdeath51501

it is still possible, don't write it off

  • I love ur vids!

Hi I was wondering if you could make a video guide maybe like this about how a foreign person (a la me) could own a firearm in the US? I mean we'd have to buy a holiday home there and obviously always keep the firearm in the US. If it helps to purchase one I think you need to have visa that allows you to stay 90 days to 6 months at a time.

    Thanks.

  • @airdude12345

    perhaps

  • @airdude12345 You have to be a citizen :(

  • @airdude12345 I could be wrong, but I believe that you would need to be a permanent resident (green card) of the US before you could legally buy a firearm in the US.

  • Oh my Christ! About time some one made this clear! Every one should like this!

  • I hate paperwork, and I find this paperwork a big pain for sure. I think the 4473 is to much, but I like firearms enough to bare though it, lol.

  • @Jesses001

I am right with you on repeal of all this stuff

Until then we can all work to keep it as easy to understand as possible

  • And they charge you a fair amount of money

  • @biggrex

    Well

$200 to manufacture, or $5 or $200 to transfer

  • i guess you have your own armory right? where you keep your guns right?

  • @UBIincorporated

you know what they say about assumptions

  • @GunWebsites what exactly :)?

  • full auto is a waste of ammo. 1 shot 1 kill.

  • @TheShadowrider81 unless you suck at shooting or there is one or more targets in a cluster

  • @TheShadowrider81 tell that to the soldier being suppressed by a "waste of ammo"

  • @meeprzmeepz tell that to my cousin the army sniper who takes care of just such a problem!

  • @TheShadowrider81 Full auto is for suppressive fire. And im sure your cousin's spotter has a full auto m4 sitting right next to him incase the shit hits the fan.

  • Are there any good walkthroughs that speak to the state specific requirements? I know they are posted on the federal website but is there somewhere that breaks it down more clearly?

  • or we could just buy one from the mexican cartels. gun control is evil. but seriously, full autos are a waste of ammo for people who cant aim! 1 shot, 1 kill.

  • this video was super helpful! can you do one about being a class III dealer?

  • @HeroHasGuns

    sure, good idea, thanks

  • So about how long does this processor take if I wanted to buy a .22 suppressor?

  • @sikvenum82 Doesnt matter what NFA item you want. Theres gonna be a wait time to get paper work done.

  • @sikvenum82

    4 - 6 months on average

  • Do you have to fill out a whole bunch of forms every time you want to buy a class 3 or just a small form about the item your buying?

  • @bohdan1997

    Good question,

this same procedure every time, no matter if you have one or a hundred

  • In my neck of the woods here in Wisconsin, the CLEO won't sign so I'm left to do a trust. I'm not sure if this is the same thing but can i write in a provision for the nfa weapon in to any existing trust or does it have to be a seperate entity for the NFA weapon? An LLC is another option, but I'm not too keen on haveing to continue to pay a fee just to keep it legal. Any help would be awesome. Thanks

  • some one could rip this video off youtube and unedit it to gain the info of the papers

  • @techiscool1

    good luck with the 'un-editing'

  • @GunWebsites i wasnt saying i was going to do it i was just pointing out that its possible.

  • can you pls do a shooting vid for the M4?

  • cant seem to get a clear answer anywhere. Can I own and or recieve a tax stamp for an SBR or SBS in the state of Illinois? I would really appreciate the help.

  • @ramtron1775

AFAIK- Illinois only has grandfathered NFA potential.. like if you owned an NFA before there were laws in IL to prohibit them

  • @GunWebsites

    Thank's brother!!

So long story short..........no SBR for me.

It's funny though because the Rock River booth at our local gunshows sell some killer SBR or "pistol" uppers.

  • Do you have to do all that paperwork if your military.

  • @gamerdude141 well yes of course.....but it does help in your backround check i believe

  • @shotgunn9

Actually I doubt it. From what Ive been told there is nothing that 'helps' NFA procedure.. it's the same check the same way for everyone

  • @GunWebsites ...i never try to say anything with certainty....god thing though because i didn't quite have a good feeling about my comment anyway. either way thanks a lot for this video we've been meaning to try to grab a class III.

  • @shotgunn9

It is ironic that they give 18 year old kids full auto M-4s but when they go home on leave they can't own one..

  • @GunWebsites at least they can get a CCL early.

  • @shotgunn9 Not in all states.

  • @GunWebsites Full auto M-4? Sir I'm sure you meant to say M4A1

    -Omar

  • @GunWebsites One hell of a point there. But check this out. Here in Puerto Rico our legislature passed recently a law that makes it legal for an adult to have sex with a 16 year old as long as is consented; before it was considered statutory rape even if the minor agreed. Keep in mind that the new law does not state that a 16 year old is considered an adult in order to have sexual intercourse. They're still minors, but it's okay to sleep with them if they agree. Sick, isn't it?

  • @SuspectingCitizen

well as old as I am yes, that would be gross.. but if I was 18 and my girlfriend was 17 I would rather not get a rape record if we were caught by her dad..

Sex laws are a subject for some other channel, but I agree laws can be dumb.. when they are, get rid of them, we have that power

  • @GunWebsites You're right, but is not just dumb laws. We're electing DUMB legislators all across the board. And these are the same folks whom are conniving everyday to take our freedom of speech and assembly, our rights to bear arms and our inalienable rights of Life, Freedom, and the pursuit of Happiness with our property. They rather see our Social Security system go broke so they can bail out Corporate America. But as you said, that's topic for some other channel. Keep up the good work guys!

  • @gamerdude141

Yes, of course, military has nothing to do with firearms ownership

  • @GunWebsites ok so if im military and i live in camifornia am i still restricted by the state laws? like here its illage to own suppressor

  • @gamerdude141 move to Az TX NM montana Pn and i think alaska, russia and mexica has good deaLS
