i personnaly think on weekends all skills should be LVL 5 on singularity its boring if you actually got to wait for your skills to train -_-

TBH, on test server all skills should be level 5, no matter the day or event. This way you can test out new ships and fittings, to decide if you like it or not.

But, nooo! Singularity is for testing the new content.. *sigh*

@Wargargble You can join the test server if you have a payed eve account but now you DONT have all skills level 5 any more it was just a 48 hour test
