Torture is nothing new to the CIA. In the late 50's the CIA had a secret brainwash program called MKUltra. It was torture on me and other innocent lawabiding americans and canadians. They pair a Dr Cameron in Montreal to carry it out. He injected LSD mixed with other drugs, Massive electric shocks and weeks of sleep as a brainwash tape played. It was horrific.
