Back in the time of Dodecaphony's inception it was revolutionary but nowadays more and more people are starting to be okay with this music. Personally I find a lot of Schoenberg's and Berg's dodecaphonic works to be lyrical and rhythmically open, it makes it so organic in a melodic sense.
This particular recording is the London Sinfonietta. The Suite Op.29 is paired with the Woodwind Quintet Op.26 (London 433-083-2) I also have it paired with Pierrot Lunaire on a KOCH CD 310 117
