@studmuffffffin Yes the polar bears come from the second island where the bear where keept in a jail by dharma iniciative maybe to do experiments with them , it's where kate and sawyer were jailed later.

@studmuffffffin yes. the polar bears were there because the island can be/has been moved to different locations and has been in Arctic places in the past. hence the polar bears.

@studmuffffffin Oh yeah, thats's right I forgot about that. I just thought maybe that was part of the explanation since the island can move it's possible it was somewhere Arctic. They never really told us much so most of how I make sense of things is by piecing together what they do tell us.

@studmuffffffin yeah, they were. But everyone seems to have forgotten, so they make fun of the show for not explaining something that they actually did explain. There are enough things that weren't explained, so I don't know why people feel the need to act as theough the Bears weren't explained. I'd say whenever that happens, those people didn't watch much past the first Season.
