  • today i bought a 200mW laser (green) for 20 bucks

  • LMAO!! o who ever actually tried this :D

  • Can you see the beam during daylight?

  • i have a 50mw laser and it doesnt have the beam

  • mine is 50mw but not half as strong :(

  • احلف؟

  • Why is it called a "Copper" beam?

  • @aligerous that's just the name of the laser

  • @styropyro actualy it got its name because pepole at rave concerts use them to make police helis go away

  • @aligerous Copper burns green. So yea maybe thats why but idk

  • wont that hurt your hand though a 50mw? what doesnt it affect? carpet? wall? skin?

  • @hardyzfan253 only if you have black sharpie on you it tingles ( from what i heard) it wont burn walls i got one today and it doesnt

  • can you give me an exact link to the site were you got this or if you sell them or whatever i just want to buy one

  • @TheObesefish

    read description

  • hey budgetgadgets is also from china just like dx, will these guy ship to U.S though?

  • yah i bought lasers from them before

  • lol you didnt hav to answer i fund that out a long time ago, I recieved this laser and a 200mw a week ago check out my vids

  • @souljasai isnt it illegal in the us to have that high powered?

  • wow... do you know anything? have lasers is legal retard... most of the peopl with lasers are in the U.S because americans are the only friken people that can afford em. Also if you got confused, well it's like this. The law in the U.S is that countrys out of the U.S can't ship lasers over 5mW, and I bought mine from China, lucky for me it did not get confiscated

  • UPDATE: I got my laser about a week after the comment was posted. apparently it was a chinese holiday for the manufacturer.

  • thenewbug, i got my laser fine, no issues and a lot less time delivering than expected.

  • dont think a 50mw is this bright... its the beam is only that visible when your pointing the laser around the camera

  • No, i have a 30mw and the beam is as bright as this at night, just not as thick as this beam, and i mean with my own eyes not with the camera

  • How far does the laser beam go ?

    Please answer !

  • so a green laser 50mw-532nm can go so far? or it must be a bigger "nm"?

  • what? no

nano meters stands for the wavelength dummy...

    learn your spectrum chart

532nm is green colored lasers green is the most brightest in laser tech.

red 635nm-660nm (red) is alloot less visible

  • ah k

i thought that nm was somethin else

    thx i have a 5mw but i ll buy a 50mw

  • np lol

  • Can you actually see the beam like that or is that something that just the camera sees? I know that with the red lasers you can only usually see the point unless you're shining through dust or mist.

  • Yeah you can actually see the beam.

  • you can see the beam bro

  • u can see the beam due to dust

  • well as long as it is dark, you can see the beam clearly. I have a weaker one than this and you can see it real good.

  • @Artyfil The beam is easier to see with your eyes than through a camera

  • 1. does it pop balloons

    2. does it have a solid straight laser beam

  • 1. yes

    2. yes, solid beam at night

  • Is that a solid-state laser? I thought those are very expensive and complex?

  • i was thinking about getting one and wondered if you could answer some questions:

    1. how is the quality

    2. can you point to stars with it

    3. would you recommend it

    thanks, i appreciate it.

  • 1. The quality is good, it is heavy and feels well built.

    2. You can point to stars with this one, but the beam might be too bright and ruin your night vision when trying to see dimmer stars!

    3. I would recommend it.

  • So since >5mw is banned in the usa. if you get a laser diode with the aixiz module, can it me mounted in a flashlight body and what else do you need, like a pot, circut board, etc, to get it working?

  • For red/violet yes. For greens no. Green diodes

    basically don't exist.

    --hydro15

  • will it blend?

  • That's the question

  • thanks, sty,

what about the the shipping restricshun?

    is that good to go.?

  • I don't know how that works out, I got this laser before the restrictions.

  • can it burn stuff?

  • It can pop balloons and with a focusing lens you can light matches.

  • sty,

i am gonna see if they will send one to us.

where do you get the focusing lenz?

  • For a focusing lens you can use really any lens like a small magnifying glass or something like that.

  • wow nice find dude gonna save some dough for this :P

  • Ahh the one you told me about?

  • Yeah, this is it. I got a couple messages about this laser so I decided to upload a video of this thing.

  • Yeah it looks nice considering the price might pick it up or a slightly higher powered one =)

  • Dayuuuum

  • you have very cool videos
