This was not a Fox News anchor, it's an anchor for a local news station, which simply bears the Fox logo because local stations carry the logos of their national affiliates, who fund them and provide them with programming feeds. Just because the logo in the corner of the screen says FOX doesn't mean it's actually a FOX-supported anchor.
