@prionoandhi get your leg muscles strong and balanced and loose by stretching dynamic and static and pretty much any drill is safe for your knees. if you have weak, unbalanced and tight leg muscles then all explosive drills are danderous for your knees. check out a site called sports-fintess-advisor or something.

Looks pretty safe... but make sure to do both sides of your knees or both sides per knee just to prevent over-stretching of joints/muscles.
Cause, it WILL hurt-- trust me, I know...
