you can download a psx emulator (like epsx or pcsx) and an iso file of the game, using the emu to run the game. If you don't want to download an iso, then you can buy the game somewhere, put it in your cd drive and use the emu to play it that way (most psx emus have that option). If you have a psp, you can hack it to have custom firmware, get an iso and convert it to an eboot, and play it on the psp (google serach for how).
