no it would be better to resort to low frequency radio, like the tesla wireless energy system, i put up info if you need help understanding the real wireless energy system, laser light and high frequency is very inefficient to energy transfer to remote places, if something gets in the way of it then it stops working, teslas system could send energy anywhere even to planets. i put it up on my youtube even a basic test
