The damn thing was earthquake safe with sub-levels under ground level. The deathblow came from below not above. That bs about fuselage going downwards through elevator shafts that melted steel support beams. BS. The fuel was not there reason for collapse, not hot enough to melt the steel, and definitely not in high enough quantity melt the base.
