A lot of these comments indicate that quite a few folks on the youtube machine are easily impressed with mediocre music. Flying Lotus is alright, but in comparison to artists like Boards of Canada, Aphex Twin, Plaid and Dave Monolith, lotus isn't on the same level. Then again, I guess I shouldn't complain, guys like Flying Lotus act as a sort of "gateway drug" for electronic music, which is cool. Same thing with Skrillex, Deadmau5...etc.
