  • maybe because nobody cares about you guys.

  • your on a google site dumbass they don't need to debate you cause you don't matter

  • to save the watchdog the uter ANNIHILATION of your mind. Leave google alone, they makes ads geared towards WHAT you look up.

  • I Love Chickens !!

  • @jmwwd seriously? Maps? GMail? Docs? Even Wave, which didn't succeed much, but the technology itself is quite innovative, and the fact that they just open sourced the whole thing is quite impressive.

And about GA, you can't block GA requests? Also, there's a Canary build of Chrome, for example, which doesn't send any data to Google, also there's a plug-in for that.

  • @CrazyIlya "Maps? GMail? Docs? Even Wave, which didn't succeed much, but the technology itself is quite innovative, and the fact that they just open sourced the whole thing is quite impressive."

LOL. I knew it. Do your research! They didn't innovate anything. They either copied it or bought it. Google has not innovated anything other than search and that's because they got lucky. There was nothing worth shit back then so they came up with something better at the time. Do you research.

  • This guys at Consumer Watchdog make me sick. Google is the most innovative company on the web, they develop and provide THE best online services in the world, basically for free.

Yes, they store your browsing data to target you with ads, but that's how they earn money.

Dont wanna get 'tracked' by Google? Don't register in social networks and dating sites, don't use their _free_ services... Your choice...

  • @CrazyIlya Hey genius, tell me where Google has innovated on besides search where they didn't innovate besides search. Regarding "don't wanna get tracked by Google don't use dating sites, don't user their free services" etc. crap, that doesn't take care of the tracking. There is this thing called GA. You wouldn't recognize a t-bone unless I shove your head up a butcher's ass man. Man, shut the fuck up.

  • I didn't realize Google was so delicious!

I can't wait until there is a KFG in my town!

  • Regardless of who you are or what your beef is, you can't expect to be able to debate big corporations (whatever that would mean) at will.

  • @pgunn01 This isn't exactly an unknown organization and it's a valid question.

  • Whatever happened to "Don't be Evil"? Is Google's new motto "Don't Be Evil Where People Can See"?

  • Very disappointed with Google after this. Telling us basically that they could care crap about our privacy. Google is really heading down the wrong road. The company is in self-destruction mode. Very disrespectful decision I'd say.

  • @jmwwd because they do something you dont like, they must be in self destruct mode... makes sense.

  • @Holcomb227 Man, when God was giving brains, you sure as hell were last in line. This is the US, not China or India. Most companies here care about their users, their customers, their rep. Google is too arrogant to care.

Anybody who's been watching Google for a while like I have, would agree G. is in self-destructive mode. I have no doubt Google will be another Infoseek within 3 years. These privacy issues are just the frosting on the cake. Lighten up!

  • @Holcomb227 What's the matte tough guy? Why you removed your bet? I'll take you up on it.

    Papito

  • @jmwwd

Go off your self. The world will be a brighter place. Also STOP COMMENTING ON A GOOGLE RAN WEBSITE IF YOU HATE THEM. SHIT BRAIN.

  • because they're a productive corporation who rather be seen speaking with national/international news corporations in debate?
