Many thanks for posting this. "Goodies" (1965) was one of the first jazz albums I purchased as a youngster, and Roberts' jazz renditions of pop tunes from that era had a lot to do with my life-long interest in the genre. This brings back a lot of memories.
This is a perfect example of how Howard could take a song as mundane as Chim Chim cheree and completely change the look and feel of it to where it had that great jazzy appeal.....pure genius.
