  • Call of duty: Medevil warfare 4

  • I have to agree that this probably is the most exciting part of this movie (with humor, passion, action)

  • 1940: Modern day Britons were willing to fight to the death to prevent invasion. Then the past Britons awoke from their slumber to answer the call and protect their island home. Brittania Forever !

  • When the Scottish bagpipes started, the other Personificated things were like "wtf, who invited these guys"

  • This was my favourite movie, second to the Goonies

  • 1:25 If I were a german I would probebly shit and pissed my self at the same time. Just look at them marching up that hill.

  • Def one of the best scenes of the entire movie and in movie history i may add :P

  • I LOVE THIS PART!!!!!!!!!! XD!!!!!!!!

  • 1:33 the redcoats. ;)

    The BRITISH ARE COMING!

  • Those Nazis used to be brave...until they took an arrow to the knee! :P

  • 3 people are nazis

  • I wish this was based on a true story

  • 6:11 GET YOUR HAND OUT OF THERE!

  • If Substituiary Locomotion worked like it did the Clothes Scene then the Spell would have resulted in a victory for the Nazis.

  • Pretty sure 6:38 would kill you.

  • I don't know about those Germans but I would be scared shitless if I was in their shoes.

  • Piertotum Locomotor

  • @WaterZink Glad I wasn't the only person who thought that. lol

  • absolute classic film!!!

  • ''If Disney made War movies...''

    We can only dream.

  • I woner if the drums at 0:22 are a reference to Drake's Drum? It's a drum once owned by Francis Drake that according to legend drums by itself when England is in danger.

  • The Scots look so cool on that hill in the distance blaring out Scottish bagpipes...

  • Bring on the Laddies from Hell! Scottish Pride!!

  • Oi, i cant remember them singing in the german version...O.o

  • 1:05 FALCON PUNCH!!!

  • @lilpkchop Punch in the neck!! Even better!

  • 6:00 Tis but a flesh wound

  • @NicoleDunn33 Haha, Classic!

  • 8:17....my fave!

  • and when i was little i'd chant the spells at random objects to see if they'd move or turn into a rabbit.

  • I love it when the soldiers shoot...i always think: "TEE HEE it's just armor...which means you lose!"

  • I've loved this movie since I was a kid in the 90s! This scene is amazing.

  • @cupcake101 damn right there, i remember watching it in the late 80's early 90's and still am in 2012 - this was also my all time fav scene! cant beat it.

  • I mean 1:04

  • 1:07 FALCON PUNCH!!!!

  • I've got to admit that when I saw the scene in deathly hallows where McGonagall says, Piertotum Locomotor, and the statues surround Hogwarts I thought of this scene.

  • aaahhhh... the germans must felt really dumb when the army didn't die of their bullets

  • That taught the Nazis a lesson! LOL

  • I came here for 8:17.

  • Did that ghost soldier throat punch a guy at 1:04?

  • @serenkb He totally did.

  • 1:06 AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA BOOM! HEADSHOT!!

  • step 1-take head off, step 2 empty out the bullets, step 3 put head back on lol

  • this is how nazi zombies came to be...

  • When all the armor came alive it used to scare me to bits when I was little, and it still does now...

  • Ah, okay. "Treguna mekoides trecorum satis dee." I wish they used actual, coherent Latin =(

  • What are they chanting? I must know!

  • @Rebel009r they are chanting the spell that brought them to life

  • Que bagpipes , then the army looks at each other thinking "who the hell invited them?"

  • 1:07 did that suit of armor punch the guard right in the throat?

I always loved how Miss Price commanded her army from above, broom and all. Go Miss Price!

Stupid soldiers, you can't shoot animated suits of armor to death!

  • The chanting. That goddamn chanting.

  • Love this part!!!

  • Scariest part? the axeman at 7:42 :L

  • Rule Britannia!

  • They should redo all of the classics. and then they could come out on bluray and have the new version and the old version on it.

  • @Aveiraslover nooooooooooo

  • @Dopestarslove Why not? :P

  • @Aveiraslover Because it just wouldnt live up to the original. They'd have terrible actors and it would most likely be done by Tim Burton. I think he has done enough lol XD

  • @Dopestarslove I think he means like remaster them and then bring them out on DVD or Blue ray

  • @leeleeman04 Ah ok.

  • I've never watched this movie before but isn't that old guy with the mustache thats standing behind the girl and said girl both in Mary Poppins?

    What's this movie about anyways?

  • someone needs to add in Blackbeards Ghost.

  • Pretty good trick!

  • Victory for England, and Saint George!

Traguna, macoides and tracorum sadis dee...

    4:06 onwards... Epic...

  • Comment removed

  • Oh yeah keep shooting them. Because it worked so well the first time.

  • I never thought this was creepy as a kid. It was always my favourite part of the movie, besides the Portabello Road song.

  • Imagine what they could've done with this scene if the movie had an R rating...

  • Makes me think of the charge of the Rohirrim

  • and i fucking LOVED this movie when i was a kid

  • anyone else think the nazi guy at @1:10 is pretty hot?

  • @fauxshizzlee

    Yes, I do! :D

  • O.o This would be terrifying if Angela Lansbury wasn't so adorable.

  • 1:15 is funniest part.

Nazi officer: "I think theres some floating flags in my 'nocs, better shake em out!"

  • Props to Bayonet Nazi. It was obvious that his was a pointless endeavour, but he still kept trying. If only he wasn't a Nazi.

  • How I loved this movie. This scene was epic when I was a kid.

  • When I saw this as a kid, I thought how utterly awesome to be in that army and charge the Nazis.

Anyone else noticed that the rest of army looked like they were thinking "who invited the Scots?!"

  • this was my favorite Disney movie as a kid, but... that knight at 7:42 and 8:00 use to scare the shit out of me every time. Every. DAMN. TIME!

  • This scene is from now on the most badass scene in history. Ever.

  • Why did she say good shooting bowmen? Every one of them missed.

  • Am I the only one who was sort of rooting for the Nazis?

  • I was surprised to see this on Cracked's list. This isn't traumatizing, this is badass!

  • @SpitshineSneakers True as Hell!!!!!

  • @SpitshineSneakers if you saw it at the age of 3-7 you'll understand.

  • @PatThePhat1 It was my favorite movie when I was four and up all because of this scene. I'd watch the entire movie just to get to this part. You're wrong, sir.

  • @Deviantial don't get me wrong, it was a awesome scene to watch as a child and for some reason watch it over again even tho it creeped me out so much.

  • @SpitshineSneakers Totally agree... From now on, this scene will take place next to Chuck Norris.

  • "Good shooting bowmen!"

    wut

  • Cracked brought me here.

  • Favorite quote from the entire movie: 1:39 - 1:44

"It's got to be some kind of trick!"

    "Pretty good trick!"

  • This movie making must have been expensive given the era without computer graphics to all the work for them

  • If this had been CGI, no one would have remembered it. I'm still baffled as to how they did it.....

  • @jarvisel

    @jarvisel

probably green screen, stop animation, wires, off screen manipulation, real actors for low light shots like when they started chanting at and possibly a bit of animatroics. Disneyland was in existance during this time wasnt it? I dont know the complete history of disney.

  • That soldier at 8:27 is like "What the heck is going on?"

  • 4:06 best moment of the whole movie.

  • That museum was really big or something, because that army is huuuge.

  • Hehehe! It's like the army of the dead

  • i always get chills when they start chanting XD

    bagpipe entrance = win! ^_^ x

  • Loved this scene

    !

  • them scots like to make an entrance.

  • lol@ 8:17

  • I wonder if they ever cleaned up ALL the armor and got it back into the museum before anyone noticed.

Also, how could NO ONE in the town heard the armor leaving if the castle was like in the middle of the town? XD Music should have given it away if not the loud heavy marching of so many armor soldiers.

  • @Darkwolfala7 Magic!

  • DDDDDDDAMN THAT'S A LOT OF ARMOR!!!

  • 2:06..."Ach, scheisse!!!!" lol =D i think Jerry just scheisse'd his Hose >.>

  • 1:22 - 3:07 is my favourite part in the entire film

Also the moonshot reminds me of a picture we used to have hanging up on our wall when I was growing up

  • ive always wondered how all those fit in that small castle -.-;

  • @mspark89 i think it's kinda like the Rock 'n Roll Museum in Cleveland....WAY more exhibit pieces tucked away in the basement than on display xD

  • wonderful effects for 1971, better than alot of movies today!

  • And to think this movie was made in the 70s... the se's are absolutely brilliant! A modern movie of this couldn't have done a better job!

  • how much stuff was in that museum?!

  • @bbewitt a lot, apparently haha

  • @bbewitt i dunno, but they sure as heck coulda used these magical soldiers for the Normandy Invasion a few years later =D

  • one word: epic.

  • And that's why the german's lost both world wars

Also half of what was being said mostly wasn't german, and some of the uniforms are wrong.... Just saying.

  • even with all the computer graphics and technology in modern movies, nothing can compare to a bunch of frightened nazi's firing into a crowd of bodiless, chanting knights

  • 1:20 - 1:23 Nothing wrong with your binoculars Herr Oberst

(And correct me if I am wrong but isn't he wearing a Wehrmacht officers uniform ?)

  • the 3 people who disliked this are german

  • i love this movie so much i am glad i still have the movie i wish i new where it was thoe 0-0

  • This movie had GREAT movie magic!!! Wish it was still used like this today in movies.

  • LOL @1:05 falcon punch XD

  • LET THE FUN BEGIN!

  • Best part of the entire movie. Hands down. :)

  • "run frodo, it's the riders!!" 0:59

  • @Raymond13557 don't use that name as an insult!!

  • @PookieWowza sorry.. lol, i couldnt resist..

  • I remember when I was a kid I would stand in my room and shout out the spell, hoping everything would come to life. My poor mom thought I was crazy...

    ...GOD I LOVE THIS MOVIE!

  • *giggles* That is the one of the coolest spells. Along with the rabbit one. I'd love to turn my older brother into a rabbit at times. >.<

  • @Helmsemts Nahh, you would'a heard worse in a specifically more demonic movie... but, lol, this wasn't bad, a bit.

  • Best scene ever : )

  • dood at 7:43 scared the living hell out of me when i was a kid lol

  • @azfight3r Same here. Main reason why axes creep me out to this day. *shudders*

  • @Helmsemts me too lol

  • Hahaha 5:58 DDDNNNNGGG!!

  • And people complain about violence in kids' video games today...

  • XD those two after he pulls her out of the hedge, so cute!

  • Thank god there's no such army it will be used for evil for sure!!!!!

  • 1:17 Shakes the binoculars. Sure that will make them work! :D

  • Love the Executioner!!!

  • wish they would translate what the germans were saying in the movie. Yes I know there were translations between Col. Hell er and a soldier but there I wish the rest was translated.

  • My best scene in the movie. I remember I was sad when the spell broke :[

  • The Nazis running away from the armour reminds me of the scene from Holy Grail where the knights run away from the Killer Rabbit.

    "Run away! Run away!"

  • i remember i used to be terrified of this scene when i was younger, but yet i'd still keep on watching it ^^;; now that im older im surprised im still a little scared when the suits of armor start chanting

  • @lostWolfpup8

Me too! I used to get the worst nightmares from this scene but I'd still sit through it every day for almost a year!! (My sister and I were obsessed with this movie haha)

  • @lostWolfpup8

This was my favorite part of the movie as a kid (still is), and I would watch the whole movie just to see this scene.

  • "Traguna, Macoities, Tracorum Satis Dee..."

  • i'd love to hit someone on the head with my own leg!

  • i havnt watched this film for years and i've really missed watching this scene! you've made my day!

  • can anyone elce see where they edited out the horses from under the armor or is that my mind thinking that the edit marks are there from the power of suggestion?

  • Anyone ever wonder if the armor gets back to the museum?

  • All the armies: Who let the Scots in?!

  • Legends Are Made Of This.

  • 8:18-8:26 always made me laugh so hard as a kid....still does XD

  • ooo... i would be a bit scared to see tons of army suits coming towards meh o .o

  • Well here's one way to get Osama....

  • Wait how did the Nazis know to blow up Ms. Prices office?

  • @KingofBionicle they didn't know to blowe up the office, all they were doing was destroing the amunition so it dosn't fall in anamies hands. if you can't carie it destroy it!

  • So many years have passed since i've seen this.

    Thank you :'D

  • My favorite scene as a kid, made me wish the spell really worked :D

  • @marie19734 Many's the time I tried it as a kid, no luck :-P

  • @marie19734 reanimation spells and magic is real but it only summons ghosts i think.

  • @marie19734 I know right?

  • @marie19734

Me too, but I'd prefer 'easier to pronounce' spell words.

If you could do the spell what would you bring to life? I'd bring my stuffed animals to life so that I could have a bunch of pets.

  • who saw NickyAuto's battle crossover? Raise your hand if you did.

  • I love the magic army vs the germans, heck the chant part gives me goosebumps XDDD

  • 8:18 That Nazi soldier getting goose stepped in the rear. LOL

  • 1:04. Falcon PUNCH! Lol

  • now THIS....is the Disney I know and love

  • Ahh...my favorite part of the movie. That, and Portobello Road. For some reason, I loved the way every culture seemed to be included in the streets for that scene.

  • Uh...bad german...

  • how could all that armour fit in a tiny museum?

  • Hey what was it the Scottish played on the bagpipes before going into battle? It was something very traditional, just don't know what it's called. Can someone tell me? I love this scene though XD Nazis vs Bewitched Army clothes lol if only Hitler saw this coming.
