And i don't think he thought they where going tot drive 30 m/ph. Nick was just stupid 17 year old kid who crashed a car. Nick's treatment by the legal system and the media was the only criminal behavior involved in the whole situation. PERHAPS Nick could have driven more carefully (no proof he was racing...only crashed into the tree at about 30 mph). DEFINITELY John should have been wearing his seat belt.

And about 90% of all eye witness reports are wrong in cases such as these.

But, he will have a friend that is crippled for life that he'll have to live for the rest of his life. His father is protecting him like any father would & why not have a reality show?
