This is great but I beg to differ when one says that the body does not matter because the body is not seperate from the body it cant be. This is a westernized teaching. The body and the spirit is one. The body is the physical manifestation of the Creator...just as the trees and everything else we see before us.... The creator did not just stop at the mind.  In fact the body is the vessel that the Creator uses to express himself. Thats all I wanted to say, but otherwise this is excellent.

one other thing. u speak of "self forgetting".even as i read books like those of Paulo Coelho etc. they talk of each of us as being an "instrument of Light", meaning we are not who we "think" we are but mereinstruments in the hands of God, and he chooses for us as we are HIS instruments, here to fulfil HIS purpose for which HE has chosen us.

As with all things we fear such as swine flu, crashing economies, FEMA camps etc... all that "threat" crap, know that that's all it is. Threat. And once you understand that there is only one source, and that everything issues forth from that one source, fear vanishes. Their goal is to control you. If "THEY" kill you, they can't control you. Fear of threat then is fear of nothing. Eradicate fear and your nightmare is over. And if that's not clear enough simply realize this: There is no "THEY".

right. thank you for this video-message. i learned that when I´m "not" relaxed, I don´t have a clear mind / head. When I´m clear in my soul, I always are clear because I feel well. Not many videos on here give much advice on how to discover spirituality and connect with the cosmic consciousness. There is nothing I would like more than to experience a divine, greater reality in which I am one with the world and the world is one with me. But yeah...we need some techniques first!
