Joe Grumbine and his co-defendant Joe Byron are putting their freedom on the line for this cause, they could of taken a walk away plea and instead choose to hope for the kind of justice America was meant to have, which is a government that respect the will of the people. The judge is blocking the jury from hearing anything about medical marijuana.
