@HarryPotterMuggle199 Yeah she was born in the States, but she was still a baby when she moved to Kuwait (or how ever it's spelled) and then moved to Korea during the Gulf war, and even then she was still a baby/a very small kid. She was born in America, but raised in Korea, she doesn't really speak english. Very few in SNSD can speak english, but they can all sing it. Singin in a foreign language is possible, even if you don't really speak the language. :)
