Hi Irishlad430,

mayby I'm a bit late ;-). I avoid to come the colour of the Styrofoam come through by Coting it with a mixture of one half Water and one half PVA Glue. Eventualy you have to do 2 coats and after that I use Standard Spray Primer and it works fine. Sorry for being that late, but I started this hobby again after a 4 Years "vacation" from it ;-).

dont water down the paint AT ALL!!!!!!!!! use it full strength...... if you seal the foam u can use spray paint but ya FULL STRENGTH on the first couple coats then use a wash
