yes league is more physically demanding cos the players just run into eachother as hard as possible. Super 14 has the best rugby in the world, union or league and its clear to see why its so good when you compare it to shitty league fellas....skill,pace etc all which u guys would drivel over if u actually watched a few of the matches instead of jumping onto the stereotype bandwagon.

i play both league and union and league takes it for me, u have to be way, way fitter, u also dont have anywhere to hide and shy out of tackles due to every player having his own channel to work down, the hits in league are much harder too!! Union is a slower game, (super 14 is a bit faster) u can have a breather in union dependin on the game situation. Am not being bias either cos am northern either!! Even my southern mates say league is much more physically demanding!!
