Acropolis [Krs] new theme

I installed the theme...but the background is still black and the calender in the background doesn't appear!

Man, i just updated to 3.1.1 and when i did i lost all files and i try to get acropolis and now i have to pay, is there some way that i dont have too? Please:( thanks
