oh yeah it,s allot of pain i schould know i,m a kyokushin fighter and those schinbone kicks hurt like hell if you want to fight kyokushin you better think twice before coming only the best stay other winny bithes can go do tae kwon do or some other pussy sport
but they rush into the fight without reading their opponent and do things without thinking.. the fight would be so much more impressive and a little longer if they took their time :P
Kyokushin has Judo and JJ techniques in it as well, ofcource in a one on one fight against a very experienced grappler I would back the grappler, but if you think its going to be an easy fight you have another thing coming
both true and untrue.. some fighters make all kinds of kicks work in mma competition. :)The flying reverse roundhouse is an example of being more offensive, if you find it for good to flop to guard forexample! :P It looks better, you might knock him out, and you change the game, if your losing while trading punches..
many yearsa good that had to make the decison of no head punches or for fighters to where golves thay did not want to use gloves as it would kill the style .
The reason there are many knockdowns is of course that was a compilation from of lots of fights. Just like boxing, kyokushin matches comprise mostly of two fighters *not* knocking each other out. When they do get hit, it's obviously because they make mistakes, which is what happens when they get tired.
I was thinking that. These fighters don't know how to protect themselves especially while striking. Just watch how they drop their hands when they punch. Any decent MMA wouldn't let such blatant and high-flying kicks K.O. them from such a distant like the guys do here. They would block or dodge them and then counter.
Yeah, one's a mix of different martial arts and the other's a single style. Either way, what does it matter? The fact is these guys can't block or dodge. It doesn't matter what style they're doing. If you leave your guard open and don't dodge you can very well get hit, which is exactly what happened to these guys. Is there some rule saying they can't block or dodge properly?
most of these techniques you won't see in kickboxing or MMA. The less rules you have the closer to reality the fight it is. In kyoku competitions they don't allow hands to the face, if they did you wouldn't see any of these flashy kicks, and if they allowed grappling you would most of the time only see the front ond roundhouse kicks.
I totally agree with you. Even MMA is not perfect. As long as fighters follow the rules, it can not be REAL fight. Yes, we should respect good/strong fighters. no matter if they are fighters of Karate, Kick Boxing, MMA and so on...
kyokushin isn,t like tae kwon do or any other whinny bitch sport

They wouldn't last 2 minutes against a BJJ fighter without getting an arm broken.

In standup fightsports, BJJ is pretty useless.
In grappling sports, ANY pure standup style (kyokushin, muaythai, boxing, kickboxing whatever) is pretty useless.
In MMA (which this is not), you need both standup AND grappling skills. And neither BJJ nor kyokushin teach both.

They are strong anyway...
have you done this kind of fight before?
I understand what's your mean.
But You need understand how much strong they are..
Because any fight have rule. does MMA allowed to thrust eyes? or other nasty things?
everything by the rule..so they are strong anyway.
What do you think?
