im thinking of getting one and i live in england so i need to order it overseas but im quite hesitant to spend such a big sum without some info on the thing. does it have an ibanez style neck? ie quite a thin one
Hi, it is agreat guitar better than any Ibanez Jem 7wh too! Neck is less thin, but I have also an Ibanez 550 ex GK, and I feel better the Music Man than the Ibanez! You must buy it ;)
I agree,I love my RG's and Jems and my music mans sound better than most.The fretboard radious feels like the RG wizard neck but the back of the neck has much rounder sides and is a little thicker.But these guitars are so versitile I adore them.Very fast comfortable necks and easy transition from an Ibanez to these.And Ive been playing Ibanez guitars since 86 till 03,and now EB,and Suhr are my favs.Worth every penny and unlike post 03 IBZ you getting what you paid for IMO.

Do you have to run that peizo through a separate acoustic amp or do you run it straight to your amp? I see it has two separate jacks for the electronic and peizo. I didnt know exactly how you would set that up. Do you need a double headed 1/4 jack running into a single 1/4 jack? Im wanting to buy this guitar eventually but I want to know how to properly set up the peizo. Please let me know. THanks!
Yes man, you can you as you think, but also by using the first jack input which use both pick up and piezo and through switch you decide what sound you want to use!
Probably I spoken not so clearly. But you can chose: to use two different amps for the two different sources of sound, or using the same amp for both sounds by using the first input jack!
I have a 7 string EBMM BFR. It's awesome obviously, but I wish mine came with that case. Mine is a leather case and it's REALLY fragile and I've already scratched it a bunch, like a freakin idiot.

I agree is more expensive but not 3 times. That's not the correct way to do it. In that logic in Colombia this guitar is 2.000 times more expensive, wich doesn't make sense.

EBMM JP doesn't have active pick up...there is anly a 9V battery for the piezo... ;-)
