Love them all, and although I am a huge Dean Martin fan, and I love the Elvis version, its not fair to mention the trio. They are my favorite, and they are Trio los Panchos.

La Paloma is a beautiful song. It does not matter to me who sings it. I know of another version of this song by Freddy Fender called "Take Her a Message I'm Lonely". Worth searching for.

Actually Elvis loved singing this because it was First La Paloma! He loved the classics and Mario Lamas... I think he felt this song Made him a better singer.. He was just a nature and THAT WAS that! He always was trying to be the best and WAS!
