  • How did this turn out?

  • she's kinda cute, but I think she'd talk to much after sex.....

  • @DavidLister6000 i'd be glad to listen to what she's saying, intelligent proclamations about liberty? THATS hot

  • Sad to say it but the ONLY way to fix the BS going on in the USA is R^&%$*^(*N. And yes the word is obscured because the mere mention of it brings the tyrant thugs in uniform to your door. Nice "free" country huh.

  • This whole story is so sad. I'm glad you're helping them out, hun. I told the guys they could use any of my music from my albums on any of their videos, which they said they would. :-)

  • no, actually he wasn't jailed for wearing a hat. if you wish to continue that argument, then please show me the charges and highlight the offense. in terms of opinions, I've yet to see any charges actually show "Sharing opinions" as the charge either.

  • Excellent job and God bless you... with patriots like you on the job the patriots who get themselves into trouble can feel a little more secure in asserting their rights :)

  • They were arrested for being Douche-nozzles!!! Contempt of COURT!! Get a JOB!!!

    Hippy!

  • @mikea46996 So being a "Douche-nozzle" is morally bad enough where one must have violence brought against them? Even before being found guilty of being a "Douche-nozzle?" If you're too lazy to defend your own rights please don't call people names for trying to do double duty and cover their own rights as well as defend yours. You're either a cop or you work at McDonalds, Wal-Mart etc. In the end we're going to be in the same boat you've allowed to be filled full of holes. Hug your kid today.

  • I hope these guys get out soon. I wish them all the best!

  • So these two guys were arrested for being in contempt not for wearing a hat or speaking their opinion.

  • @ms3er - One for not wearing a hat - the other for speaking his opinion. Both jail-able offenses if the public herd just allows themselves to be sheared off one by one.

  • That city government is out of control.

  • @MadSmokerBBQ It's more than just Keene. It's the State of NH, It's United States Federal Government and IT HAS To Stop.

  • They can't hold Pete indefinitely without charge. If that's what they're doing you need to file suit against the police and the court immediately, it's unlawful detention/arrest.

  • @17Spartacus76 you really need to learn how the CJS system works the cops can hold 24 hours with no charge. Next if he is not out on ROR then he is at a corrections house not the police station

  • @swatcapt11

Just what part of your dickish comment is directed at anything I wrote?

I'll quote myself just to make it easy for you:

"They can't hold Pete indefinitely without charge. If that's what they're doing..."

  • @17Spartacus76 lets see the part about they holding the hippie

  • @swatcapt11

Hippie? I don't see any hippies.

  • @17Spartacus76 actually, the were holding him because he refused to indentitfy himself. If he had just given his name he would have been let go. They can indeed hold him until he tell them his name. Nothing illegal about that.

  • @lionel21000

Lol, that's a HUGE assumption that he would be let go.

    1. You are under no obligation, ever, to divulge anything about yourself to a cop so long as you're on foot. If you're in a car, then the Motor Vehicle regulations require that you provide proof of registration and insurance when asked.

    2. It is illegal to hold anyone without charge after a certain timeframe. The timeframe differs from state to state, but it would be illegal for them to hold him 1 second longer than that.

  • @17Spartacus76 You must not have watched all the videos. Failing to identify himself was what created this whole mess. He wasn't just on foot he was found to be in contempt of court. Because of his behavior in court, he fell under the requirement to indentify himself. I watched the whole painful collection of videos and the judge actually gave him several chances but he kept refusing. Refusing to cooperate like that in most states can indeed lead to detention for a long time.

  • @lionel21000

I did watch it all, you just don't seem to understand the law and the limits on police powers.

I hate having to repeat myself, so you can just re-read my last post until it sinks in. The cops and the judge were both way out of line. If you can't see that yourself then what can I say? The brainwashing runs deep in you, seeing as how you seem to think judges and police can do whatever they want.

  • Awesome video, Meg!
