@TheRoamerman I use bore snake and then put a very light film of oil down the bore with a patch and rod. Alway be careful with oil in any areas where ammo will be. It's also a good practice to never have any ammo around your gun cleaning area. One reason of course is so a round can't accidently make it's way into your gun and another reason is if you get any oil around the primer of your ammo it can cause the round not to fire. So don't over oil.
Excellent! So hard to find many videos like this on youtube. What do you use to clean your lever? The old rod and tags? Or bore snake/Otis? Also do you put oil in the bore and all the parts? Or certain parts?
@wolfsadfree i still read your comment, and as far as the wad goes i stay away from it because there has been bad rumor about that guy, but you would want to go through the breach (where the hammer is) as like any other cleaning tool, apon further research you do not want to remove it from the end of the barell but to pull it back, (due to blades that hold the cloth in place), hope that helped
@Dale767 thank you, im sorry for the stupid question i realized you answered my question the second time i watched your video so i removed my comment, because i didnt want to waste your time
@wolfsadfree hey no problem man it happens, i honestly never really knew about that tool so now we both go away with this with more infromation, keep shootin bro!
