Brandon Rough the guy who played Dylan Dog was in Superman Returns then fell off the planet. You know when I did rent this movie it would not play so i sent the movie back and got another copy from them. It played fine all the way till about the final 10 minutes then it froze up. So i have no diea how it ended. Nice review.
@the13thwolfman Honestly, it's better to keep the ending mystery because you aren't missing much. UNLESS! You really wanted to know the ending & all...then sure, I'd tell you. :P
Ah, Dylan Dog... a film that's sure to be on my worst of 2011 list. I hated this movie and I wanted to like it. Yeah, Routh seriosuly, give it up. Acting just isn't for you, sorry. And I was hoping he would do a good job but talk about bland. No one was good in this movie. The film made no sense, it didn't even try to be scary. The only thing I liked was it didn't have much CGI. I liked some of the cheesy effects. Oh Taye Diggs, what happened to you?
Brandon Routh is a likeable guy, he is however INCAPABLE of being a badass. I remember watching this and thinking: "Awwwww, look at big ol Brandon Routh trying to torture demons! ISN'T THAT CUUUUTE!!". But I did like the basic idea of monsters (zombies, vampires, and the like) just trying to get on with their normal lives.
@PopCultureDiva42 Diva, I honestly wanted Routh to succeed, I really did. I was like "Awww, he's trying so hard. Come on, big guy, you can do it!" So much for being hopeful. :/
haha yo I just watched Dylan Dog last night on Netflix too and I thought the same thing, man this lead actor is horrible in the film. I liked the story and even when they had practical effects but to me his acting really left me zoning out at points. Really a shame too.
