that i dun know,wat i know is in malaysia oso cannot,coz malaysia is islam country... but if chinese or indian race.there can make sex change.but in malaysia if u have been sex change ur identiti card in there still put that u are a male,that is not fair,no matter there are transgender,lesbian, gay or straight,their still have to survive.. for my knowledge.. the government should be fair coz everyone are human to coz got create us,some other they are unlucky born to be transgender,lesbian,gay.
