I really like the burn/dodge technique on one layer to get the picture nearly complete before coloring it that you do. Some people seem layer crazy, and throw 20+ needless layers on it.

Agree with you that it's a gift from God completely. Art classes however, do teach you enough things to where you're able to look at textures and forms and use them to create something completely unworldly. Wanna learn to draw dragons? study reptiles. Ya know?

Really cool! Your picture always seems so dark when you begin but then you like transform them later and they dont seem so dark anymore. It's fun to see everything from scratch becuse some ppl who post vids they have done some things when the vid starts and it's not as fun.
