Valve is done with the episodic system and no one has ever said that Half-Life episode 3 would be the end of the HL-trilogy. And you should never believe in Valve's release dates because they are all in Valve time...

@MysteriousMan26 Your comment makes no scene, Valve own the monopoly of pc gaming, they aren't poor at all, if they where then they wouldn't make TF2/ L4D updates all the time for free. They wouldn't have made Alien Swarm and given it away for free. They wouldn't have added 3 hours extra content for free on portal2. Considering that Valve are a relatively small studio they make an awfull lot of content, and besides, they don't ow you anything, they don't even have to make HL3.

The army seems to know about these tests and decided if things go wrong they have to shut it down. Well things went wrong and it needs shutting down.
