eat protein low carbs...dont take ctreatine that doesnt build muscle its just an illusion all that is is water weight it doesnt help build muscle...take a weight gainer as well and eat as much protein as you can

Protein shakes are the way to go my friend. Creatine builds muscle, which is good, but you gotta drink a shit load of water before, during, and after your workout to maintain the muscle building effects of creatine.
Best shakes to have are pure whey protein. Whey protein is extremely good for your muscles after a good workout.
Whey protein shakes gets the job done in the end, along with a strict and healthy diet.

protein shakes dude, cuz Creatine isnt good for your body. It may help you but once you stop using Creatine your body will demand it and your body will shut down cuz your body relys on the creatine as fuel instead of the foods you eat.

and your baseing this on which study? Your body naturally produces a decent amount of creatine naturally you know, supplementing it just helps because you can become drained of it if taking part in a hard resistance training program. Haha ive never heard of any persons body ever shutting down in any way because they stopped taking creatine, thats just dumb

cycling monohydrate creatine is fine. Take it for 3 months, go off it for a month, then buy that shit again and go from there. Its really not bad for you if you drink a ton of water.

Yeah, I like both fighters a lot but Brock's athleticism is so incredibly impressive and his skills have improved so enormously with each fight that I tend to vote in favour of him beating Fedor.

The only "dumb" thing I see is people being somehow certain one fighter or the other will win. I believe fedor would win, doesnt mean he will. Only the fight will show this. Fedor himself says he believes the fight will happen sooner or later. Be patient.

Broc isn't your typical big guy. He is very elusive and quick for a big man. He is more explosive than any of the the big fighters that fedor has seen. To say he would not last with Fedor is wrong. Broc isn't just BIG, but agile and in great shape.

Brock is a good fighter but FAR from the best. He has only had 4 UFC fights. Brock would have a tough time with Arlovski, Tim Slyva and some other big names. Also I would like to point out that if Fedor was in UFC, Alot of the heavyweight division would be crying.
