Challenge accepted! Today when I went to the gym after biking for 6 miles I gave it my best shot and tried. I thought it would be easy but I was surprised at how difficult it was for me. I was able to walk the mile with a little bit of jogging. I definitely wanted to give up halfway through but I did it! Going to try again next time I hit the gym!
