In California, my understanding is that you have 1 recusal without giving ANY reason for ANY "Judge", you can recuse all non-Judges, i.e. commissioners, judge pro temp, but after the1st recusal on real Judges who have a bond and OATH on file, you must state a just cause to recuse.

In this last election there were judges at all levels that either were in a competitive race or were to stand a yes or no vote to continue. I tried to research each of those races, the background of each candidate and any information on their personal background. First I was told I needed a password to enter the state bar data base and that as a just plain citizen, I was not allowed access. Then I turned to the internet. In our state all judges personal info is not available so who are they?

I had a cousin who was high in the New Jersey State Police back in the 1980's he was with a group that investigated criminal judges and they often caught them. Now the police would be charged by political state justice departments for uncovering any judges that are crooks. I have not read about a criminal judge in years. We dumb citizens are suppose to think all of a sudden the past 20 years all judges are good, caring, people that never take graft. Our whole system is crooked to some degree.

@WHITECOYOTE65 the law is not even the law in the past 20 years the judiciary has changed from comon law to UCC uniform comercial code without a vote from the public they have changed to the Rothschild bankers law code. Note the yellow fring on the us flag in the court house. Its not suposed to be stars and stripes with a yellow border. One huge illusion played upon the public.

We see the Judges form a private corp so they can borrow money as a corp, we see that they use a public county tax id number to identify their corp to the fed irs. Stop, thats the same as me using somone elses ssn to file taxes. enough said. Crooks greedy filthy crooks everyone of them from the fed to the irs to the county to the so called judges. We are not tax slaves its time to defund them.

The judges will ensure the IRS that they will not enforce Constitutional laws in their courtrooms against the IRS's usurious practices if the IRS simply turns a blind eye to their thievery. In this last election there were judges at all levels that either were in a competitive race or were to stand a yes or no vote to continue. I tried to research each of those races, the background of each candidate and any information on their personal background. First I was told I needed a password to enter the state bar data base and that as a just plain citizen, I was not allowed access. Then I turned to the internet. In our state all judges personal info is not available so who are they?

I had a cousin who was high in the New Jersey State Police back in the 1980's he was with a group that investigated criminal judges and they often caught them. Now the police would be charged by political state justice departments for uncovering any judges that are crooks. I have not read about a criminal judge in years. We dumb citizens are suppose to think all of a sudden the past 20 years all judges are good, caring, people that never take graft. Our whole system is crooked to some degree.

THAT'S BEAUTIFUL! People can't fathom how corrupt the ENTIRE system is. If they can't justify a tax increase, they DO find any way they can to get their pad money. Just like this courthouse fraud. There's a good chance your lowly Magistrate, Commissioner & even Zoning Officer are not only on the take, but are openly raping you right in front of your face. All I can say is may GOD, that is why they spend so much Millions to get into Political office. To defraud the States, and Bankrupt the various States. The Fraud goes deep. If the American people don't get rid of these people out of Office, and do background checks befor anyone is allowed to take public office. These people needs to be in Jail. Sounds about right. That is why Adventist Health donated 50,000 to a courthouse "restoration fund" in Bakersfield just prior to the trial of their corrupt hospital. Also, arrest of Chief of Staff at hospital was postponed until after the trial.
