when I play the G#m it doesn't sound right, and it's different from the conventional G#m, why is that? any tips on playing a better sounding G#m?

@FilledWidHim Hi, if you are using the same G#m that I used, perhaps you could focus more on the bass strings when strumming the chord. Also, try to mute the 5th string with your middle finger. Alternatively, you can use a standard G#m chord (466444).

If you can't play in Key of B drop it down to the Key of A. It's a bit easier for the vocals also.

nope, the chord is a Bm if i put my middle finger on the 3nd fret of the 2nd string. Perhaps it looks like i'm doing so because of the camera angle

hmm, don't think so. If you can play the F# chord, you should be able to play the B chord

nah i cant man haha not that skilled yet... i taght myself how to play within like a week and i can play every chord except F# and B. i lead worship at my church too. im probably going to try and transpose the chords into a G or something
