@liamlivingston1 a bulgarian split squat is when you have the weight in a regular spot(bar on shoulders) and you set up a bench behind you. you put one foot on the bench and have someone hold it flat for you, then just squat with the leg that is forward. then switch legs after your desired reps.

@pizzaisyummy86 he obviously didnt see them play for a national championship.. and dont say the FCS division is nothing.. alot of them are FBS transfers looking for playing time.. .and they end up getting drafted.. must i remind you of app state who beat michigan and had like 3 players drafted from that squad.. learn more about cfb before u say dumb things

You guys have no clue what this hill is really like. Its the most treacherous thing in the world. The worst thing is when we do it, there are crickets jumping all over your legs and arms. They make it that much harder.
This program is the truth. I had my first strength and conditioning intern experience here. Phenomenal program, excellent coaches, I use what they taught me everyday.
We use to run hills in San Francisco, and we had some hellacious ones. We called one Heartbreak Hill and it was a beast, right off Market Street, and we had to meet there at the same time these guys are running their hill, 6 in the morning. Most of us thought we could never be able to do more than one, but by the end of the summer, we were doing five of em. Best exercise ever is hill running, no question about it.
Consider adding squatprecision to each of your squat rack stations for : an added safety feature and to help each player achieve the exact depth you consider to be the most productive / efficient. You team logo can be added to the device if you send us your patches. Just google or utube squatprecision to see a product video. Best of luck in your 2010 off season training.

that's a hang snatch. snatch movement but the weight isn't on the ground so its hanging.
