Does one juror hang 11 in this system? Does it let some "guilty" go free? No system is perfect. By my way of thinking, the jury NOW has power over the judge, and the common law system can be enacted in any court)

@Hroark7 I did not mean to give the impression I am heckling. (My comment about leaving Fairbanks actually has nothing to do with him.) I like some of his ideas and I appreciate his energy. We all have a lot of work to do with regard to our country :) You are right, I should not judge. Please forgive me. Together, we stand strong. Divided, we indeed fall. Let us be reconciled together with the love of peace and with the action of a better tomorrow.
