Very good! The only problem I came across was that instead of the background being white, and me adding the collage squares, I was just adding stencil type squares on top of the image, not really adding, just stencilling on top. I probably did something wrong, but I followed it exactly! Any tips?

Excellent tutorial. Can you do one on getting a background image opacity so it will be at the right percentage to appear in a CMYK business card? The last one I printed the background looked so ghosted you could not see what it was.

@Futojournalista Press D to make sure your foreground and background color are black and white, then Press Ctrl + Del to fill it with white(your background color) or Press Alt + Del to fill it with black (your foreground color).

I cant make the white box appear around the pic. My foreground/background colors are the same, and I have a white middle layer. My settings under "outer glow" appear to be the same, and when I hit mask mode I do indeed get a pic only in the squares, but I never get the framed squares. What am i doing wrong?

A collage is a montage of different pictures. All you did was break up the one image.
