That was not E-40 on this track. In the song he claims, "I never knew ya, but in my heart I wanted to meet ya." But 2Pac and the real 40-Water knew each other and collaborated many times. That's probably not even the Outlawz or the members of Thug Life. I have the Thug Life album and the first Outlawz album and I didn't recognize any of their voices. Nice tribute, but that ain't E-40 and the Outlawz or Thug Life.
