1.) "Pit Bulls" were originally bred as a farm working dog, a wild game hunter, such as Boar, and just a great family companion.
2.) By the 1800s-1900s, unscrupulous people got ahold of "Pit Bulls" and began to fight them.
3.) Even though they bred dog-on-dog aggressivness into them, they also bred them to NOT bite people, therefore, they are on of the most ppl loving dogs. :D

I absolutely love pit bulls.I had one for 12 years that was a loving,loyal family dog.She was the best dog in the world!!She never had a mean bone in her body.Pit bulls are so loving.They love you unconditionally.
In my opinion the things that make this breed a favorite for blood shed is also what makes them such great family dogs. When treated properly they are wonderful with kids because they want to please their owners and protect their lives and the lives of their family. Its sad that after hundreds of years people still try to call this brutality "sport."

wtf how can these people do this to there dogs they need the same done to them then they would soon learn there lesson and think twice before doing it again i own a staffie and here in the uk they are getiing bad press and a bad name because u get little wannabe hard people beating there dog and fighting there dogs ect and training them to atack people but i can honestly say my staff is the most loyal and niceist dog ever(and probs most hyper dog as well lol)

i wouldnt ever have another breed of dog and hopefully people will start to see the truth about pitbulls and staffies that they are the best dogs you can have and as leeht911 said it is not the dogs that are the monsters its the owners for treating and training them to be like it and this is the result dogs that end up in extreme pain and needing to be put to sleep

i have a staffy and i love him so much, when i saw this vid it upset me knowing there is people out there who are sick enough to do things like this to dogs. i found out people who make dogs fight kill the dogs if they are still alive after losing the fight. how people can this to a dog that only wants love and affection is beond me but the dogs aren't the monsters, the people who do this are.

unfortunatly the wrong monster is being persecuted. I trust my APBT around my 2 year old son...its other humans that i don't trust. And unfortunatly those dogs who have died fighting to be loved or out of pure ignorance never got a second chance or a helping hand. We are the ones that have to do something about it. yes it is very sick what people do to these dogs. Yet in a sick way i am almost thankful for the Vick case. all the press covereage it got and is still getting on some tv shows covering the dogs rehabilitions...its really brought this ugly "sport" to light. and not a minute to early. this has been sickening me for some number or years now. thank you for your comment and for watching the entire film.

This is horrible. Instead of people taking the time to take a picture they should fucking do something about it. And people who Let this happen to there dogs and even encourage it are shitty people who will never amount to anything because the only way they can make money is by torturing their dogs and it is pathetic. sadly the people who own and fight these dogs often expose their children to the violence and pass it on to the next generation. and if it makes you feel any better most the photos were taken by police to be used in court cases. though persuing charges on dog fighting is very hard....and many of the dogs survived to find new good homes.

er did you bother reading any comments or even paying attention to the video?....i dont want them to fight. i think dog fighting is one of the sickest forms of animal abuse and i made this video to help people i know realize its something worth standing up against...its one of my most passionate stands. its wrong. and the breeds, which are loyal and brave and great with kids and families, are taking the heat with BSL...blame the deed. not the breed. hope that cleared things up....^_^

If YOU buy, sell, transport, train or possess fighting dogs, if YOU participate as a spectator at a dogfight, YOU will be removed from society, not the pit bull dog!

i truely agree. and thats what drove me to make this video. i know its reather plane and whatnot but, i think the images are enoguh to shock people into looking at it all for what it is. disgusting. and harmful. not only for the dogs but the young children that are sadly guided to watching fights by their....for lack of a better word...."parents"

The Pit is truly a wonderful dog, Just recently lost mine she was nine and so sweet, she loved kids, cats, and would play until she wore me out. It bothers me a lot to think that they want to kill a whole breed of dog because of a few deviant sociopath's who abuse these animals.
