  • Yeah

    Love you

  • Love your videos Thanks

  • I am so happy to hear someone like you Paul Nison say such great and truthful things. Because you are a known and respected person. What you say is such a great relief to me, because I needed to hear it from someone. Fresh food is so much a better term than "raw food". Especially if it is about dehydrated foods, and prepackaged raw foods. Your teachings, I will listen to, and I know it will help me overcome my eating disorder. Thank you for all your great videos and for speaking the truth!

  • I agree but sometimes as well family members and friends only understand that when you say you're a 100% Raw they are less apt to expect you to eat certain foods, but amoung certain friends and fellow Raw Foodist it's understood that no one is 100% Raw. I think saying you're 100% Raw at times works to re-inforce certain relationships that you are strict about your eating habits.

  • Hi Paul,

Thanks for the great discussion on 100% raw or not. I agree with your statement regarding 100% is not always possible and the choice between raw junk food or steamed veggies.

When are you coming to the Victoria/Nanaimo BC area?

  • nice intro. of course great vid! go fresh

  • QUESTION:

why are there many mineral deficiencies on a raw food diet when leafy greens etc are supposed to be very good sources of minerals?

is it due to oxylates & phytates?

is it because of too much fruit?

is it due to veganism and cutting out dairy?

    thanks...

  • keeping it real here ^^

  • the first time i learnt of the raw diet at a festival i was shocked at all the dates and nuts in the cakes. i just thought its not healthy to have all this sugar even if its natural sugar. i should have listened to my intuition instead of getting so deep into raw food! i want to be on a health food diet, whatever that is!

where in the scriptures does it talk about raw foods and health?

    is it in the torah?

    what does it say specifically?

    thanks

  • yeah, i was kinda of like duh! truly being 100% raw is almost impossible! D=

  • fresh food diet is a good way to say it

  • Processed foods do not well with me. I eat mainly whole foods diet doing the 2 day rule think I learned that from my grandmother.

Just look at a Lara bar for example it is good for like a year on the shelf How can that be truly raw?

  • I think the Daylight Diet and giving up TV are as important as 100% RAW or if not more. You have changed my life forever and I thank you for that.. If you don,t make it yourself and grow it yourself you don't know

  • Couldn't agree more!

  • Aloha Paul, right on brother!! Good for you for telling like it is!! I agree, we should call it the Fresh or Alive Food diet. After all, it's not about status, it's about being healthy. Mahalo nui loa brother!! You have a beautiful family!

  • I think you are right about people who eat nuts and dried foods. I would call my diet 100% since I don't eat or like nuts, seeds or dried foods except for dulse. I don't own a dehydrator or eat gourmet foods because they make me sick. The only way I can see a person can know their food is 100% raw is if they are only eating fresh fruits and veggies, like you said.....with all the water in them.

  • first one to watch :) Todays video is kind of a relief. thanx
