as long as kids dont get the innuendos i dont see a problem. i mean some animated movies like those of Dreamworks and what not have mature humor (than that of their target audience). but kids dont understand so its all good.

Meh! I think it's aesthetically obnoxious and don't like watching it because of that, but it is brilliant marketing and I don't think it is particularly inappropriate.

I think the commercial is not only innocent and funny but a brilliant marketing move. Burger KIng accomplished exactly what they set out to do, which was get people talking about their SpongeBob promotion. They've gotten more air time from the reaction to the ad than they could EVER afford to pay for!
