Well with the estimated number of species on Earth (thats everything form bacteria up to animals) being at least 5 million and possible up to 10 million (point to note we've only discovered about 2 million at this stage) I don't think the ark was big enough!!!

Plus some questions for you...

1) Where did he get all the wood from?

2) How the hell did a monster this big not break apart under the stresses?

I believe that the amount of water on the surface of the planet, was very greatly increased when the flood happened. There probably were not any separate continents, and even if there were, there were probably all types of animals all across the planet. The Bible is explicit, that the world we now see, is nothing like the world that was, before the flood.

Their genes were different enough, their children would not be deformed like today. Evolution has bigger problems. Either a male and female human had to evolve from an ape at the same time, or you have humans with apes. Once you get humans, you still have brothers and sisters. Do things evolve in pairs? If you have brothers and sisters they may be able to pass totally different genes from your parents on to their kids. After several generations the gene pool gets shallower and shallower. Two white parents are only going to have a white child, a white parent and a black parent could produce either color.

Although evolution may have an ape married to a human. The Bible talks of the earth being a circle, and being hung on nothing. It certainly does not teach a flat earth. We have moon pools in some of our big ships today, which may have been in the Ark also. Wood does naturally float, unless waterlogged. the Ark was sealed with pitch, not only on the outside, but also inside.

The Oceans become saltier and saltier, especially with the death, of more and more creatures. Blood is very salty. Fish can adapt to saltier water, over time. There are people who have taken fresh water fish, and salt water fish, and eventually got them living together, in basically a half salt water tank.

That is very true, Genesis 6:4 says "There were giants in the earth in those days..." I kind of doubt that Noah was a giant, but we do not know. I believe that the 18" cubit is most likely at least a little to small, but probably at least in the neighborhood.
