i got sick when i was 14. i'm now 17 and i had to quit going to school and doing everything i loved. i was supposed to graduate with my friends, i was supposed to have to only worry about who was going to take me to prom, i was supposed to get my first job. this song reminds me of me because sometimes it feels like i'm already dead. everyone at school has forgotten about me and they dont talk to me anymore. but if i hadnt gotten sick, i never would have gotten to know God.

the car spun in front of a pick up. they died instantly.

these kids had a future, a potential. becca was engaged to be married. they were barely graduated. their lives were barely starting and then they ended.
