Drumline the movie vs. UGA......UGA wins, sorry I like Hawaii and they seem pretty cool....but throwing down Nick Cannon beats against some meaty hybrids doesn't compare. Even if you have girls shaking their asses.

Because its certainly not me. A Drum Battle is a competition between two Drumlines. The two alternate playing cadences with precision, style, visuals, showmanship. They play until the other drumline runs out of cadences or a cadre of Judges cast votes to determine who is the winner of the competition.

When two Drumlines play cadences in a alternating fashion at a football game, that is considered a Battle. UGA VS Hawaii. Its not a concert. Wake up sir. OMG... Don't UGA have any originality? You are a College Drumline.Why are you duplicating stand cadences from the Movie drumline? And Hawaii, yopu last cadence sounds like the GA Drumline Field Cadence (Off The Line). I guess Battle is just a duplicatimg battle from other drumlines. UGA has to do better. Play cadences alog with instead of warmup drills. Check out some of the HBCU Drumlines such as Bethune Cookman Drumline. Type Drum Feature, and watch that video clip.
@cowboyboy25 Well see...there's a huge difference in what they played. Hawaii decided to hit them with the crowd pleaser and get all the people watching screaming and having a good time. Whereas UGA just slapped in the face with their dirty cocks with all the notes they were playing.

Haha, you think our dancers are cute? Imo our head drum major is hotter, but to each his/her own.
Though I do have to say that that dance is kick ass. We see it all the time and try to mimic it, but we can't get it right.
Oh and yeh, we do roll a bit different. Not quite corps style, even more so now with Mr. Payne gone and Mr. Higaki directing us.
