It contains Free As a Bird, I Saw Her Standing There (the full Take 9), Christmas Time (Is Here Again) & This Boy (rehearsal). The only track out of all of these that appeared on the actual Anthology CD was Free As a Bird. All the rest were extras.

B) this version is the new 1996 edit on the B-side of the "Real Love" single; it was cut from about 1/2 of the original 6+ min. and the spoken messages on the end were freshly added from elsewhere. - 1b2s
