Most people in Serbia knows where this song originated, although it doesn't help that Boban decided to sing it partly in Serbian. You can say Bregovic is better if you don't like balkan music. Bregovic it's famous for take this art and mix it with modern shit; probably doesn't know were the balkans are. Bregovic it's not a bad musician, but isn't pure Balkan Brass, it's a little princess, not a Brass King. That's the difference between Markovic and Bregovic, one it's musician, the other it's pure remix, nothing with soul.
